We offer a simple shop system for our customers so that the purchases can be processed in a quick manner and so that our customers are able to creatively rave out with the products purchased as soon as possible.

For the event that help is required in the handling of our products or that there are technical issues, we offer a fast, friendly and competent support. We put great emphasize on our support. That because without our customers, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

Loyalty is rewarded!!! Registered users can collect so-called “Taydies” with their purchases. These are comparable with “loyalty points”, which most of you are certainly familiar with. The Taydies, which our customers receive after a purchase, depend on the merchandise value. Another way to collect Taydies is by rating purchased products. Currently, one Taydie equals 0.25€. Please note: The registration on the web store is a requirement in order to collect Taydies. Guest orders do not receive any Taydies.
