Leaks, flares & Co. – Give your pictures the lighting mood that they deserve!
As you may know, photography is often described as “painting with light”. As different as photographic works are – there is one thing they all have in common: They can only be taken through light and it is this very element, which grants each photo its very own character and expression.
This probably explains the recent unbelievable success story of light leaks, flares and the like in the photography scene. Everyone loves them, everyone wants them. But what do these terms even refer to?
Leaks and flares are basically lens and camera aberrations, which we normally don’t want in our pictures. These “flaws”, however, can also appear as unique, creative effects and have the power to take your pictures to the next level.
Discover the Taydoo Lightning overlays now and awake a stunning lighting mood in your pictures in just a few clicks!
Bokehs for the win: sought-after as never before!
Bokehs – which stem from the Japanese word for “blurry” – developed into one of THE most popular image composing elements in recent years as well.
They describe blurring circles, which occur with round light sources outside of the depth of field. Bokehs vary from lens to lens in terms of shape, color and contrast.
No matter if you’re looking to apply bokeh overlays to beautify your outdoor pictures or if you’d like to use them as a digital backdrop for studio shots – you’ll be surprised, how much more of an impact these artistic and creative tools will add to your photos!
More fantastic lighting effects, than you’ll need your entire life!
The light textures of this overlay pack were not just carelessly arranged in Photoshop, but were actually photographed in our studio with lots of hard work and attention to detail.
